How to Repair a Tubeless Puncture, Photo Illustrated.
A flat Tyre?, Here’s how to repair a Tubeless Puncture. – Without removing the wheel.
Tools Needed
- Pliers
- Awl
- Sealing Plugs
- Plug inserting tool
- Sharp blade
- Portable compressor
- Elbow Grease
Procedure
Move the car to expose the object causing the puncture

Thread the Sealing Plug into the Plug Inserter.

Widen the hole with the Awl to make insertion of the Sealing Plug easier.

Insert the Sealing Plug into the hole, some force is required here.

The most difficult part of the job
The sealing plug is well and snug in the hole
Remove the Plug Inserter, the Plug will remain behind in the Tire and seal the hole

Trim off the excess from the inserted Sealing Plug, with a sharp blade. (optional)

Inflate the Tyre to its correct pressure, usually 2.2 bar of pressure.

I have that same type of tire puncture repair kit in my truck toolbox. Has come in very handy a couple of times I’ve been on back roads and got I bit of metal or a sharp rock has punctured me tire. I used your method and was back on the road in short order. I enjoyed your tutorial.
